Mary brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, guiding participants through a series of carefully curated poses designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and inner peace. Her gentle yet empowering teaching style encourages individuals of all levels to connect with their breath and find their own rhythm within the practice.
Following the invigorating Yoga session, immerse yourself in a meditative Reiki-Infused Healing Sound journey led by Usui Holy Fire ® Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher - Julia Everson. Julia is known for her unique ability to create a serene atmosphere through the use of various sound healing instruments, including singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. This sound journey will take you on a profound auditory experience, allowing you to relax deeply and release any tension or stress that may have accumulated in your daily life.
