Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing

The crystal singing bowls are tuned to resonate with our energy centers. I will be leading us through a chakra meditation with 7 crystal singing bowls. Once the meditation is complete, relax as the bowls continue to be played. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to lay comfortably on the floor. Doors open at 7:00 pm for you to arrive and set up your mat. Doors will lock at 7:20 to begin our sound healing. Suggested donation: $10 or whatever you can afford.
