Receiving Reiki
If you are familiar Hatsu Rei Ho, then perform it in the usual way. When you have performed Seishin Toitsu remain in your hands in Gassho, make your connection in your usual way or by intention and request Reiki from the Reiki Network Reiki Share.

If you do not know Hatsu Rei Ho, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes with your hands in the prayer position. Take a few deep breaths and make your connection with Reiki in your usual way and when ready request Reiki from the Reiki Network Reiki Share.
Sit in the energy and enjoy.

Sending Reiki
In your usual way or by intention can you spend some time sending to :-

· Your friends and family
· All people in need
· The Planet

What you need to do if you are not attuned to Reiki
If you are not attuned to Reiki, make yourself comfortable, maybe light a candle, close your eyes and with your hands in the prayer position take a few deep breaths. Ask to receive Reiki from the Reiki Network Reiki Share. What and how you experience the energy will vary, there is no right or wrong and no set time length. You may feel heat, tingling, waves of energy or just a deep feeling of peace. Sit in the energy and enjoy.
After receiving energy send love and heling thoughts out to the world.
