Join me for a BREATHWORK CLASS WITH THIRD EYE CHAKRA HEALING ENERGY AND JOURNALING that will take you on a path of self-discovery, healing and spiritual growth.
How will this class benefit me?
Through a series of breathing exercises, movement (dance & shaking exercises) and Third Eye chakra healing energy, you will learn how to harness the power of your breath to:
-release stress, anxiety and emotional baggage
-enhance your own intuition and inner wisdom
-create self awareness and emotional balance
-cultivate inner peace and resilience
-enhance endurance
-sleep better
-improve blood circulation
-find balance and focus of the mind
-improve lung function
-reduce risk of eye strain, headaches, migraines, hearing and memory issues.
What to expect:
This class will run for approximately 1 hour. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before, however if you are stuck in traffic do not panic or stress.
The class is divided into 4 elements:
- Third Eye Chakra Journaling & Activation – focusing inwards to your Third Eye and journaling to connect and enhance your intuition (trusting your gut instinct). Chanting exercise to open the 3rd eye chakra.
- Movement - preparation for breathwork with movement, dance and shaking to release tension/stress in the body.
- Breathwork - 3 transformative breathing techniques (vagus nerve breathing, box breathing, natural restorative breathing).
- Third Eye Chakra Healing Energy and Meditation - sending reiki healing energy to the Third Eye chakra of my class participants, followed by a healing meditation.
The Third Eye chakra is the energy centre located in our forehead. When the Third Eye chakra energy is blocked we loose our connection to our inner wisdom/intuition and the imbalance physically presents itself in our brain and eyes. Third Eye chakra healing energy will tune you to trust your intuition, see life with clarity, self awareness and emotional balance.
