Transformative Breathwork Class with Throat Chakra Energy Healing.

Join me for a BREATHWORK CLASS WITH THROAT CHAKRA REIKI HEALING AND ACTIVATION EXERCISES that will take you on a path of self-discovery, throat chakra healing and spiritual growth.
My class will bring you healing, self-love, relaxation and connection with like minded people.

What to expect:
This class will run for approximately 1 hour. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before, however if you are stuck in traffic do not panic or stress. The class is divided into 4 elements:
1.Throat chakra activation exercises – removing throat chakra blocakages through chanting techniques
2. Movement - preparation for breathwork with movement, dance and shaking to release tension/stress in the body.
3.Breathwork - 4 transformative breathing techniques (simhasana/lion’s breath, vagus nerve breathing, box breathing, natural restorative breathing).
4.Throat Chakra Healing Energy and Meditation - sending reiki healing energy to the throat chakra of my class participants, followed by a healing meditation.
The throat chakra is the energy centre located in the throat. When the throat chakra energy is blocked we can experience physical symptoms such as persistent sore throat, neck pain or thyroid issues and emotional issues such as fear of judgement, fear of not being accepted, fear of speaking our truth. Throat chakra healing energy will make us feel self confident, empower us to speak our truth, creatively express our inner self and articulate our thoughts and emotions with ease.
