Breathwork Class with Reiki Healing for Crown Chakra

Transformative Breathwork Class with Crown Chakra Energy Healing.Join me for a BREATHWORK CLASS WITH CROWN CHAKRA HEALING ENERGY AND JOURNALING that will take you on a path of self-discovery, healing and spiritual growth.My class will bring you relaxation, create awareness, intuitive knowledge and connection with like-minded people.

How will this class benefit me?
Through a series of breathing exercises, movement (dance & shaking exercises) and Crown chakra healing energy, you will learn how to harness the power of your breath to:-release stress, anxiety and emotional baggage-creates individual awareness and access to universal energy-facilitates deeper understanding, intuitive knowledge and a sense of oneness-cultivate inner peace and resilience-enhance endurance -sleep better-improve blood circulation-find balance and focus of the mind-improve lung function-reduce muscle tension-reduce risk of headaches, migraines and memory issues.

What to expect:
This class will run for approximately 1 hour. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before, however if you are stuck in traffic do not panic or stress.
The class is divided into 4 elements:

1. Crown Chakra Journaling and Activation Exercises – focusing inwards to your Crown chakra and journaling to connect to oneself and your intuition.
2. Movement - preparation for breathwork with movement, dance and shaking to release tension/stress in the body.
3. Breathwork - 3 transformative breathing techniques (vagus nerve breathing, box breathing, natural restorative breathing).
4. Crown Chakra Healing Energy and Meditation - sending reiki healing energy to the Crown chakra of my class participants, followed by a healing meditation. The Crown chakra is the energy centre located at the crown of the head. When the Crown chakra energy is blocked we feel disconnected, lack of clarity, depressed, insomnia and lack of control. Crown chakra healing energy will tune you to create your own awareness, spiritual connection and universal energy.
