Join us on ZOOM for a Gentle Flow Yoga class. During these classes, we will work on connecting our mind and body through a series of postures. These movements are used to increase flexibility, balance and relieve stress. There are many other benefits of a yoga practice.
We will start each class with a moment of silence through meditation and end each class with a moment of gratitude.
