We often get asked how to describe Reiki. This workshop will share the history of Reiki.
If you are new to Reiki, this will be an informative discussion about what it is.

If you are a Reiki Practitioner, this will include information on how to answer the question, "What is Reiki?" We will present ways to answer the question when you are asked.

There will be a self-reiki meditation at the end.

Time will be available for questions.
