Reiki Share and Sound Bath - St. Petersburg

Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep relaxation, healing, and connection at Sacred Lands in St Petersburg!
As you meditate, our local practitioners will share the the restorative power of Reiki—a light touch energy practice that helps release tension, balance your energy centers, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Settle in and immerse yourself in the rich, resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, designed to guide your mind and body into deep relaxation.

Come ready to unwind, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered. This historic location has an incredible uplifting energy. Come a little early to visit with the live peacocks walking in the gardens and look out on Boca Ciega Bay.

Second Thursday of each month.
There are a few steps down to get in. Chairs are provided.
Sorry, there is not room to lie down on mats given the large turnout.
