You will receive mini reiki treatments from local practitioners while immersed in a meditative sound bath with singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. This is a wonderful nervous system reset!
Chairs are provided. There is room to lie down on mats also.
You do not have to live in the apartment community to attend.
Donations requested: $10-$20 shared with the practitioners and the host location.
