In a world that can be filled of stress, I created this group to help bring peace, healing and happiness. It's a group for anyone interested self-empowerment, spirituality, creativity, healing, etc.

Tuesday Sound Bath & Meditation
The Red Barn in Durham, 352 Main St, Durham, CT, USRelax and release stress while letting the mind clear and the body reset.
A weekly sound bath and meditation can help bring you to a state of calm, peaceful, stillness. This allows space for you to come back into balance. A balanced mind, body, and energy system keeps us functioning at our best.
Let the gongs and other instruments take you on a journey, whether inwardly or outwardly. Receive healing, wisdom, and guidance, or simply let your body absorb what it needs as you relax in the sound waves.
Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and water for your comfort (we do have a few extras). Arrive a few minutes early to set up as the doors are locked at 7pm.

A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the session to run.$35/session or $100/4 payable via cash (preferable), Venmo, PayPal, or card

The salt in the air will help to purify your physical body, while the sound activation with gongs and a short guided meditation will help to release old energies, making way for your path to clear.
Feel free to bring a blanket and water for your comfort. Gravity chairs are provided. Please wear white or light socks in the cave.

The SoulShine Salt Cavern is located at The Red Barn in Durham, 352 Main Street, Durham, CT. Please enter through the white door with the purple trim to the left of the main entrance. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up.
