Introduction to Percussion

Get your feet wet in the world of percussion for sound healing.

Try out different percussion instruments, learn a very basic music theory technique that will have you instantly creating rhythmic patterns, and explore the effects of sound on the body, mind, and soul.

Practice techniques and simple exercises to help you get familiar with rhythm, playing multiple instruments, and collaborating with sound.

No previous music experience required. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own to learn on.
