🌬 Conscious Connected Breathwork at Mystic Medicine KC
Join me at Mystic Medicine KC for an evening of breathwork and meditation designed to help you reset, release, and reconnect. We’ll begin at 6:30 PM with a grounding meditation and intention-setting to transition out of the day. From there, I’ll guide you through a 45-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — a simple yet powerful breathing technique that uses continuous, intentional breath patterns to gently shift the nervous system, release stored tension, and open space for clarity and healing.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is both practical and transformative. Research shows that working with the breath in this way can calm stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system, increase oxygen flow, boost focus and energy, and support emotional release. It’s a natural reset for body and mind. Whether you’re here to relax, find mental clarity, or deepen your self-connection, this practice will meet you exactly where you are.
My approach is grounded, supportive, and accessible. Conscious Connected Breathwork doesn’t require any prior experience, just a willingness to breathe and be present. You won’t be asked to push or perform. I hold space that feels safe and structured, allowing you to explore the edges of what your breath can unlock, while always honoring your pace.
To help you stay comfortable, please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, plus any items that support your rest, a pillow, blanket, water bottle, or even an eye mask or journal if that feels right for you. Wear clothing you can relax and breathe in easily.
Because space is limited, pre-registration is required. Tickets must be purchased in advance to reserve your spot, walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Once registered, you’ll receive all the details you need to prepare.
