Optimize for Innovation: Achieving Tesla Speed!

After our first event we are happy to kick-off the meet-up series in full!

This month's Ignition Talk: Paul Tuet recently attended Joe Justice's "Joe DX" workshop on how the Musk companies (Tesla and SpaceX) innovate so fast and so effectively.

Paul will share his interpretation of the Musk Companies' operating model, highlighting tools and practices that can be quickly implemented with minimal resources, as well as those requiring more substantial resources and higher levels of operational maturity.

Paul is studying operations management and logistics while working at Saint-Gobain, the producer and distributor of building and high-performance materials.

After Paul's talk, we'll switch into Lean Coffee mode.

We aim to meet for inspiration and discussion on a monthly basis, physically in Zurich. The format will be a "Lean coffee", made more exciting by (external) speakers who give an inspiration talk.

Last time we observed that a "lack of understanding of the problem," that is why optimize for innovation, is the most important and most urgent topic to address. Between Paul's talk, we have a lot to dive into!
