"I recently discovered a fork of Scrum -- VIMA -- which is intended for more operational situations. VIMA is ideal when you have more one goal or value stream, when daily business interrupts planned activities, or the calendar plays an important role in scheduling."

We'll take a quick look at how it works, how it's difference from Scrum and Kanban, and discuss where and for whom it is applicable.
