1st Free Workshop on Happiness and Performance at Work

After a brief welcome word, Raph Glassberg will introduce us with the Happy Members who want to share and discuss a case.

Our Happy Speakers on this 1st edition are:

• Michel Tubbax, Managing Director Belgium, StepStone

• Toon Cuypers, Sales Manager, AVE Productions

Happy Members who want to share a case, will receive a 10 minute time slot for their presentation. This will be followed by a session of Q&A of maximum 10 minutes (+ the remaining of the first 10 minutes, so that you won't loose any of those).

After the presentations, we might decide to hold additional activities with the whole group or in smaller groups.

If we have some time left, we will be able to connect with the other people present and to get to know each other.

Presentation cases can be:

1. A successful business case of something that you have applied at your own company (or, in case of a consultant, at your client's company) and which can be beneficial for other companies or organizations.

2. An issue that you are facing right now within your organization, concerning which you would like to ask for advice from the audience

If you are a consultant, we would encourage you to have a representative of your client make the presentation, eventually together with you.

Presentations are not meant to be sales pitches.
The idea of these meetings is to share experience with the rest of the audience. Therefor, we would like to invite you to come with an energy of abundance.
