
What we’re about
Wie möchten wir heute und in Zukunft zusammenarbeiten? Wie sehen neue Organisation aus? Was bedeutet die nächste Stufe der Organisationsentwicklung konkret. Das Meetup wendet sich Themen wie Werte, Kultur, Teilen, Lernen, Helfen, Dienen und Nützen zu. Dies vor dem Hintergrund der digitalisierten Arbeit, wo der Mensch wieder Mensch sein darf, wenn bald Roboter unsere Maschinen-Arbeit erledigen. Die Freiräume schaffen wir uns durch Verbindung und neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit.
Die Säulen blaugrüner Organisationen heissen "Self-Management", "Wholeness" und "Evolutionary Purpose".
Self-Management
Wie organisieren wir uns, so dass wir uns in der täglichen Arbeit selber managen können? Reichen Scrum-Methodik, Soziokratie 3.0 oder Holocracy? Welche Methoden und Symbole helfen uns, den Menschen wieder selbständig entscheiden zu lassen, auch mit der Angst vor Fehlern und mit neuen KPIs und Messgrössen und Prozessen.
Wholeness
Wie schaffen wir sichere Arbeitsplätze, bei denen wir uns mit allem, was wir zu bieten haben, einbringen können? Emotionen, Intuitionen, Intellekt, Instinkt? Diese einmalige Verbindung aller menschlichen Bereiche unterscheidet uns vom Roboter und macht uns so erfolgreich. Und verletzlich. Aber es lohnt sich. Auch wenn es Angst macht.
Evolutionary Purpose
Strategie und Taktik bekommen Energie von Movement und Kultur. Wenn wir weniger Richtung vorgeben, merken wir, wo sich Energien im Unternehmen entladen wollen. Wir können gemeinsam lernen, diese Energien zu entfesseln, entlang von ihnen navigieren, indem wir gut hinhören. Organisationen können als komplexe Strukturen begriffen werden, mit Eigenwille, natürlicher Motivation, Energieflüsse.

This is not about acquiring knowledge—it's about experiencing new dimensions of knowing through your entire being.
This workshop offers a small exploration of trending frameworks in the area of systems thinking; and beyond thinking it provides nourishment for your inner being, encouraging you to tap into the profound wisdom that resides within you.
Through different practices, you will discover how information can surface from the depths of your own inner stillness.
You will discover diverse methods of knowledge and sense-making, whether you bring your own inquiry or find a new focus with our guidance.

Alexandra Choutko holds a doctorate from ETH Zurich in natural sciences. She is an experienced facilitator. As scrum master, facilitator, coach, workshop designer, courses & retreat organiser and more, she supports people, start-ups, and organisations on their journey towards transformation.

Katalin Hausel was born in Hungary, and spent the last 25 years living in many different places. Over the years, she has gained 3 Masters degrees (in history, in philosophy, and in fine art).
