Coffee Hour: Freedom of Identity in Relationships
Details
Coffee Hour (Free) Monday 19th Jan noon CET
Freedom of Identity in Relationships:
Who Are You Allowed to Be Now?
Relationships don’t exist in a vacuum — they evolve as we do.
And sometimes, who you’re becoming no longer fits the role others expect you to play.
This Coffee Hour is a reflective, guided conversation about identity shifts in relationships — in love, friendship, family, work, or social circles.
It’s not about fixing relationships.
It’s about noticing where growth creates tension — and what it feels like when you are no longer the same person, but the relationship hasn’t caught up yet.
### We’ll explore questions like:
- In which relationships do I feel most edited or filtered lately?
- What part of myself has changed — and how is that received?
- Where am I holding back to preserve connection?
- What does staying true to myself without withdrawing actually look like?
### What this Coffee Hour is:
- A safe, non-judgmental space
- Reflective and experience-based
- Lightly facilitated, not instructional
- Participation is encouraged
### What this Coffee Hour is not:
- Not therapy
- Not advice-giving
- Not a debate or problem-solving session
Come with a coffee, tea, or lunch — and curiosity about who you are becoming.
You don’t need clarity to attend.
Just a sense that something is shifting.
