Caveside Somatics
Details
Caveside Somatics is an ecstatic somatic movement and embodiment class — a guided descent into the inner cave: the quiet, powerful space within where truth, emotion, and instinct reside.
Each session unfolds as a carefully guided journey through breath, movement, and sound — an invitation to explore what lives beneath the surface. In this space, emotions held in the muscles and fascia can be gently accessed and expressed, allowing space for integration and renewal. You’ll reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence, awakening vitality, flow, and emotional freedom.
Unlike talk therapy, which engages primarily through cognition, Caveside Somatics invites you to experience rather than analyze. It’s especially supportive for those who have explored healing intellectually yet still sense lingering tension, contraction, or stuckness in the body.
In the cave, you may:
- Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and signals
- Cultivate grounding, presence, and self-trust
- Support nervous system regulation and resilience
- Access deeper states of joy, authenticity, and flow
Who it’s for:
Caveside Somatics welcomes anyone drawn to embodied healing — particularly those ready to move beyond insight and into integration. This practice offers a return to something ancient, intuitive, and deeply human.
The depth and intensity of each session are always self-directed, making Caveside Somatics accessible to any body, any age, and any fitness level — including those working with injuries or physical limitations.
