Somatic Support Circle
Donation-Based • All Are Welcome • 90 Minutes
Somatic Support Circle is an ongoing, heart-centered space for connection, reflection, and embodied healing. Each gathering is guided by a unique theme, shaped by the needs of those who arrive—offering a place to explore what’s present in a supportive, grounded community.
Rooted in the Nordic concept of nytta—to be of benefit, to offer what is needed—this circle is offered on a donation basis to support accessibility for all. This is my way of being in service to the community, creating a space where healing and connection are available regardless of financial circumstances.
Each circle includes:
• Peer sharing & deep listening — a space to be witnessed, heard, and held without pressure to speak
• Guided somatic integration — gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and embodied awareness
• Ancestral & folk medicine elements — simple, grounded practices that support connection, remembrance, and integration
No experience is needed. You are welcome to participate at your own pace—whether that means sharing, listening, or simply being present.
Come as you are. Leave more connected—to yourself, your body, and your community.
