Caveside Somatics
Details
Caveside Somatics is an ecstatic somatic movement and embodiment class. A guided descent into the inner cave, the quiet, powerful space within where truth, emotion, and instinct reside.
Through breath, intuitive movement, and sound, you’ll be invited out of the mind and back into the body. This practice supports the release of stored tension while awakening vitality, emotional freedom, presence, and flow.
Rather than analyzing through the mind, this journey offers a direct embodied experience. It is especially supportive for those who have explored healing intellectually yet still feel tension, contraction, or stuckness held within the body.
In the cave, you may:
• Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom
• Cultivate grounding, presence, and self-trust
• Support nervous system regulation
• Remember your roots and primal nature
This practice is open to all bodies, ages, and experience levels. The depth and intensity of each session are always self-directed, including for those navigating injuries or physical limitations.
