Advanced Shamanic Stretch

Open only to those who have previously attended one of my shamanic or somatic movement classes.

Together we'll gather in an intimate two-hour ritual container to explore embodied practice through breath, movement, rhythm, sound, and ecstatic expression.

This is an invitation to move beyond the thinking mind and surrender to the body's innate wisdom. There will be space for intuitive movement, primal sound, cathartic release, and authentic expression, all while remaining grounded in nervous system awareness and personal choice. Whether your experience is subtle or expansive, you'll be supported in honoring whatever is ready to move through you.

Limited to just five participants, this small group offers the trust, safety, and individualized guidance that deeper transformational work deserves.
