This community is dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and rediscovering the joy of presence. Through monthly guided gatherings including forest therapy walks, sound baths, and seasonal mindfulness workshops, we create space to nurture wellbeing, presence, and community.

Research shows that time in nature lowers stress and restores balance, while sound baths help shift the brain into deep relaxation, fostering clarity and calm. Each monthly session is thoughtfully themed, guiding reflection, shared presence, and connection to the natural world, yourself, and others.
