Remember how much stronger your feelings were as a child?

To protect ourselves from the traumatic experiences of life, it's common to numb negative feelings. But we don't often realize that by numbing those negative emotions, we also numb the positive side of our emotional spectrum as well.

And eventually, we can go from having a full piano keyboard of emotional range to only playing middle C.

Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) helps you restore those broken piano keys and experience your full spectrum of emotions once again.

By synchronizing your breath rate with your heart rate, we help you connect with your heart's wish and increase your emotional range so that you can respond to life with whatever your situation calls for.

Milo brings a decade of daily practice in Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM). He is a certified HRM instructor with 3.5 years of intensive training from the University of the Heart.
