You can be genuinely fine on your own. Clear-headed. Capable. Independent. You may even be the one who usually leaves.
And then you meet one person, become emotionally invested, and suddenly start questioning things you felt perfectly clear about three weeks earlier.

That is the one foot out pattern: One foot moving toward connection.
The other staying close enough to the door to make sure you can still find your way back to yourself if needed-and usually end up needing it. In this interactive workshop, we are going to look at why that happens — and what actually changes it.
Not forcing yourself to trust. Not convincing yourself to stay.
Not ignoring red flags in the name of “working on yourself.” Instead, we’ll explore how to stay connected to yourself long enough to discover what is actually true.
Tonight, I’ll walk you through three shifts — Reflect, Reveal and Rebuild — the first three parts of my 4R framework.
Because this work is not about learning how to stay at all costs.
It is about learning how not to lose access to yourself the moment someone starts to matter. And from there, making clearer decisions about what — and who — is actually right for you.
