About us
The Relationship Grief Support Group is a community for people navigating the emotional loss and changes that come with relationships — including breakups, separation, divorce, co-parenting transitions, shifts in family dynamics, and the loss of meaningful friendships.
Grief isn’t only about death. It also lives in the space between who we were in a relationship and who we are becoming. Many people feel alone, confused, or stuck when relationships change. This group was created to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where people can connect, share, and heal together.
Through community connection, guided discussions, and occasional workshops, members are supported in:
Processing relationship grief and loss
Building emotional resilience
Learning healthy coping and communication skills
Creating closure and meaning after change
Connecting with others who truly understand
Whether you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, co-parenting challenges, distance from family, or the loss of a close friendship, you’re welcome here.
You don’t have to go through relationship grief alone — healing happens in connection.
