Why We Stay, Why We Leave: Attachment, Fear and Honesty

Details
"Sometimes we stay for love. Sometimes we stay for fear. Let’s get honest about the difference."
Why do we stay in relationships that no longer feel safe, loving, or aligned?
Why do we leave even when there’s still love?
In this reflective workshop, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface — the attachment patterns, fears, stories, and protective instincts that shape how we show up in relationships.
This is a space for:
✨ Honest reflection (not judgment)
✨ Understanding attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, secure)
✨ Getting real about fear, loneliness, and the longing to be seen
✨ Journaling, guided questions, and optional small-group sharing
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need a little courage to get honest with yourself.
🧾 What to bring:
- A journal
- Something to drink
- An open heart (and no pressure to share)
Come exactly as you are.
We’re not here to fix — just to be real.
