Unpacking Relationships is a free, digital group hosted by Totem for anyone who wants a place to talk things through—without the unsolicited advice that so often comes with venting to friends.
This is a non-hierarchical community centered on self-reflection, storytelling, and honest curiosity. Together, we slow down and explore what is and isn’t working in our relationships—romantic, platonic, familial, or otherwise. Rather than fixing or diagnosing, we practice listening, witnessing, and making meaning from lived experience.
If you’re craving connection without pressure, insight without advice, and a space where complexity is welcome, Unpacking Relationships offers a place to be heard, to reflect, and to deepen your understanding of yourself and others—alongside people who truly get it.

Love, Lust, and Everything in Between is a Space to talk openly about the dynamics we don’t always say out loud; desire, avoidance, uncertainty, boundaries, unrequited feelings, and unmet needs.
Whether it’s a situationship, a long-term relationship, an ex you can’t shake, or something that never quite became “something,” this is where we talk it through without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.
Today, we're gonna take a look at who we are in love and who we are alone.
How love can blur self-trust, soften boundaries, and normalize compromises that slowly move you away from yourself. Not because love is noble or transformative, but because wanting to stay connected can quietly outweigh the cost of self-abandonment.
