The "Here & Now" Anonymous Social Experiment
Details
Tired of superficial small talk? Welcome to a unique social experiment.
What happens when we completely strip away our real names, our everyday jobs, and our personal histories—and interact purely in the present moment?
For 90 minutes, you are invited to leave your real identity at the door. To remove all social anxiety, fear of judgment, or confidentiality concerns, we are gamifying human connection. When you log into the Zoom call, you will have the choice to adopt an anonymous character pseudonym from a curated list of 20 types, listed below, or keep your own name (knowing that in this room, every name is treated as an anonymized character anyway).
Led by a professional relationship coach, we won’t be discussing your past, your career, or the weather. Instead, we will step into the "Here and Now"—interacting entirely as our chosen characters based on the real-time energy, impressions, and dynamics happening in the group.
It is 100% anonymous, highly interactive, deeply revealing, and an incredible playground for understanding human relationships.
### 📋 How It Works: Step-by-Step
- RSVP to grab your spot. (Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and interactive).
- Review the character list below. Pick an archetype that either mirrors a pattern you want to explore, or represents someone completely opposite to you just for the fun of the play!
- Join the Zoom link on Monday at the time of the call (19:00 Madrid time)
- Change your Zoom name immediately to your chosen character archetype before turning your camera on.
- We enter the "Here and Now." The facilitator will guide us through interactive connection games using only what we experience in the virtual room together.
No acting or psychology experience required. Come with an open mind and a willingness to play!
If multiple people choose the same personality, that's totally fine as well!
## 3. The 20 Character Archetypes

- Emotional Mirror – Highly sensitive; absorbs and reflects the exact mood of whoever is talking.
- Controller – Feels safest when they are directing the conversation or managing the structure.
- Romantic Dreamer – Always looks for the ideal, beautiful connection and avoids harsh realities.
- Defensive Shield – Quick to explain themselves or assume a comment is a subtle critique.
- Free Spirit – Spontaneous, unpredictable, and resists being put into any predictable box.
- Rational Analyst – Approaches human emotions like a math problem to be solved logically.
- Anxious One – Hyper-vigilant to shifts in the room's energy; deeply fears being left out, misunderstood, or disconnected from the group.

- Boundary Tester – Intentionally steps right up to the line to see how others will respond.
- Harmonizer – Looks for common ground between opposing sides to keep the flow smooth.
