He will talk with you about the farming and making of this extraordinary Cacao and about the land and the farmers who grow the Cacao. Mateo brings the beans back from Peru and makes the pressed blocks of unadulterated Cacao. The chocolate is prayed over through the entire process. In these magical ceremonies we come together to imbibe the elixir of this ceremonial Cacao. We drink to bring us into a deep state of meditation, to allow our hearts to open, and to feel how we are all connected.

Ceremonial Chocolate is more than just the deliciousness of hot chocolate. Ceremonial Cacao opens and heals our hearts. For some of you, you will be more aware of your connection to Mother Earth and to Spirit. For others it may mean connecting with your inner child and allowing the energies of that time to flow through you. For still others, it will mean tapping into a deep sense of gratitude and abundance for simply being alive.

Mateo, along with Penny and Michael, will lead you in some movement, breathwork, sound healing, and meditation; allowing the warmth of the Cacao to spread through your body and open your heart even wider. The modalities of movement, breath and sound carry us deep into our heart and soul.

You will come together in a sacred container, set your intentions for the experience, and together we will drink this magical brew of Cacao. Your intention will combine synergistically with the spirit of the cacao to clarify and begin to manifest these intentions into your life. Towards the end of the evening, we lead you through some fun experiences that build intimacy and a deeper sense of connection with the group.

FACILITATORS:
Michael Trachtman and Penny Goldmuntz have been leading workshops on love, intimacy, sacred relationships and shamanic rituals all over the world. They are known for their ability to create a safe and sacred container and then take you on an experiential journey into the heart of the topic being taught in that workshop. Our goal is to have you connect to your own heart's yearning, to hear your soul’s whispers, and to feel your connection to life and love.
Mateo Del Campo - the owner of Prophecy Chocolate, has extensive experience in organic agriculture and spent 3 years in Peru learning how to cultivate and process Cacao from the rural farmers there. Mateo learned how to make chocolate using traditional methods while living in Peru and then apprenticed with a European Chocolatier here in the US.
