Who: Young people, students, volunteers, youth workers, and anyone interested in self-awareness and authentic connections.

What:
Join us for an interactive workshop exploring the connection between emotions*, self-talk, and social behaviour*. Through engaging activities, reflection, and connection with others, we'll take a closer look at the stories we tell ourselves, how they shape our confidence, communication, and relationships, and what becomes possible when we bring more awareness to them.

You'll also discover more about Erasmus+ and the opportunities it offers for youth exchanges, trainings, volunteering, and international projects across Europe. 🌍✈️
