WELCOME TO THE FIRST-EVER RELEASE WORKSHOP

This is your permission slip to scream, stomp, growl, moan, sing, shake, rage, breathe, cry, laugh, and finally LET GO.

If you’ve been feeling:
• tense
• anxious
• stuck in your head
• disconnected
• emotionally backed up
• tired of holding back your authentic expression
• numb
• overwhelmed
• or like you’re holding in WAY too much…

Then this session is for you.

This is not therapy.
This is not yoga.
This is primal emotional liberation.

⭐ WHAT WE WILL DO

What to expect at RELEASE event:

1. Intro: Unmask, don’t hold back, be crazy, be weird. If you allow yourself to go there, you allow others.

2. Warm up stretch & (organic, not forced) moaning release to sexy music to loosen

3. Hip-based exercises (squats, donkey kicks) with primal chanting timed to sexy aggressive music to create heat and aliveness

4. Animal embodiment - ape movements & aggressive vocal release to feel powerful and untamed

5. Freeform expression to unhinged music to let go and be crazy

6. Breathwork & feeling within to sad music - crying is a powerful release too, friend.

7. Singing circle

8. Qi Gong w/ vocal release

Get ready for an emotional journey. It won’t be weird because my energy and the music choice will set the tone and give you permission to let go… FINALLY.

⭐ WHAT TO BRING
• Comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in
• Water
• An open mind
• A willingness to go all in

(Optional: a small towel if you tend to sweat)

• No touching others — this is expressive but non-contact
• No expressions directed at anyone in particular
• All aggressive or intense expressions are symbolic and not directed at other participants.
• All emotions welcome
• All sounds welcome
• This is a judgment-free zone
• You can step out at any time to breathe
• You do NOT need experience with movement or expression
• Participate at your own pace and listen to your body. Modify movements as needed. By attending, you acknowledge you are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing.

Dylan is an expression coach who blends somatic work, primal movement, breath, theater, and emotional liberation into an experience unlike anything else in LA.

He leads with instinct, passion, intuition, presence, humor, and raw authenticity.

This is a movement-based expression workshop.
