What we’re about
RELICS started out as an Amiga user group known as "TOGA: The Other Group Of Amigoids" in 1991. User groups and computer clubs were common in the early days of personal computing, serving as a way for computer users to get together and support each other in their endeavors. Some still survive to this day, such as this one!
Like many other beloved platforms, the Amiga is still supported with new hardware and software releases from a community of loyal fans to this day. Today the group focuses on all retro platforms throughout history from all over the world, hence the name change.
We get together once every month to socialize, exchange hardware and software, and keep each other up to date on new releases and discoveries in the wider retrocomputing community. If you'd like to get into the retrocomputing hobby, or just see what it's all about, this is the place for you!
Attendance and membership are free.
