The RELICS meeting for this month starts on Saturday, September 19th at 1 PM. Bring whatever equipment you'd like. Or just bring yourself.
This month's SOFT OF THE MONTH is Kid Pix:
"Ringo Starr revealed that one of the first platforms he used when exploring digital art was none other than Kid Pix, the colorful children’s art software.
“It’s gone now. Why they took it off, I’ll never know. Kid Pix. Bring it back,” he said, staring straight into the camera.
Starr shared the memory in an interview with Associated Press journalist Liam McEwan while discussing his STARR ART exhibition in Las Vegas. Starr also said he only recently discovered the program had been discontinued after trying to revisit it."
