Real Estate Networking On-Site at Project - Silicon Valley Edition

Come on-site to 2 properties held for future development - for an evening of real estate networking and education.

We'll start with an overview of the 2 properties: one that is already remodeled where we hold the majority of the meetup; and next door, which is gutted and currently be used as storage.

What are the options for the future?
How hard is it to deal with the City of Palo Alto?
What is the zoning and any kind of variance needed?
What is the expected cost of construction?
And what is the upside on these properties?

We'll start with a tour and Q&A with the owner of the properties, my friend Arlen Chou. Arlen is a successful real estate investor, business owner, entrepreneur, and overall great guy. Pick his brain with the burning questions in your mind.

After the Q&A, we'll do brief introductions and haves/wants, then 45min-1hr of networking to connect with the people who most inspired you in the intros , before we throw your asses out the door around 8:30pm :)

No charge. Everyone is welcome. (up to capacity). And we're not selling anything. Just come learn and network.

Seating is limited, but there is much additional standing room. Seating will be first come, first served, subject to those who need seating. (but I think networking is better while standing).

Water and light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks or drinks to share, including your favorite beer or wine.

A restroom, small refrigerator, and Solo cups for drinks, will be available for use.
