Charlottesville Weekend with CVille 151 Hop On Bus Tour (Please Read)

Here we go again… Fall edition!

I am posting this now for Saturday November 15th. Monies due September 1st. However, please RSVP if you intend on going, for a better headcount.

Doubletree is still the cheapest hotel rate on the list. They have several rates to choose from. The non-refundable being the lowest rate. I will paste the link below. You can use your points, if you have them.

Please note-if you decide to go with a flex rate and can cancel with no penalty, the bus tour ticket is still non-refundable.

Weekend Plan: This is a rain or shine event.
The plan is to drive yourself or carpool to Charlottesville in the morning of November 15th to be at the hotel by 9:30am. (drop bags, pre check, etc).
***To attempt an early check-in, you can contact the hotel the day of. There will be a fee.

At 10:30am, the bus will pick us up from the hotel to take us for a day of drinking and adventure. We will visit 4 places (each stop is one hour) This is a 6-7 hour tour.

• Devils Backbone Brewery (There is an indoor restaurant and we can eat lunch/drink to start our day of adventure)

• Three Notch’d Brewing Company

• Brewing Tree Beer Co (more food)

• Silverback Distillery

Afterwards, the bus will drop us back off to the hotel/meeting spot.
