A 3-Week Sacred Space to Name, Express, and Transform Grief
Dates: Fridays July 11, 18, 25, 2025 Time: 6pm-8pm
Small group | 5 participants | No experience needed

Grief isn't just about death.
It lives in the quiet losses—of identity, belonging, dreams, health, or what we never received.
It often waits beneath the surface, asking to be witnessed.

Grief & Grace is a three-week healing circle designed to tend the grief we carry in a safe, sacred, and compassionate space. You’ll be gently guided through reflection, ritual, and somatic practices that invite release and renewal.

### 💔 Each week offers a sacred theme:

Week 1: Naming the Grief
Explore Francis Weller’s Five Gates of Grief and begin to name the sorrows you carry. Includes a gentle somatic grounding practice (hand over heart + belly).
Week 2: Expressing the Grief
Through ritual and creative expression, you’ll release what’s ready to move—held in a circle of presence and shared humanity.
Week 3: Transforming the Grief
Connect with a symbol of transformation and close the circle with a blessing, a message of hope, and a sense of sacred continuity.
