From RFP to MVP: Winning Work with React Router 7 — Justin Morrison

From solicitation to proposal submission, we built a multi-disciplinary team to pursue the opportunity of delivering a custom software solution to a government agency. Our MVP application, developed on React Router 7, showcases our capability.

In this talk, I'll provide a brief overview of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, highlighting the minimal requirements for submission. Over a four-week period, my team crafted a qualified and competitive proposal that we submitted successfully, and we are currently awaiting an invitation for oral discussions. Additionally, I will present a quick demo of the MVP application, which utilizes a stack comprising React Router 7.3, shadcn, and Postgres with Drizzle.

You are welcome to park in the guest spaces on the West side of the building or in the back lot. Please enter the building through the front (on E 6th) in order to check in with Security. You will need to sign your name on a sign-in sheet on arrival. We will be cross checking your name with the Meetup RSVP list, so please RSVP if you are coming.

The meetup will be in the Town Hall immediately to your left. Please refrain from going into any other rooms other than restrooms.
