7:10: Kent C. Dodds - Building with Remix 3. Remix 3 wakes Remix up in a completely new direction: a batteries-included, zero-dependency, bundler-free framework built around Web APIs, runtime-first design, and one cohesive Remix package. In this live-coded talk, I'll use the current beta to build a real app and explore the full stack: serving requests, routing, data schemas, forms and file uploads, sessions, auth, storage, middleware, the CLI, testing, and UI. Along the way, we'll talk about what it means for Remix 3 to avoid critical dependencies and static-analysis magic, and how model-first design changes framework APIs for humans and AI agents.
