All you need is to join this 'Karate Workout' session.

Requirements? 2 meter square space at home and bottle of water.

Program:

  • 5mn Warm up
  • 30mn Full body workout using Karate moves
  • 10mn Cardio Challenge
  • 5mn Finish line, stretching

IMPORTANT:
Attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them.
