Taking risks is fundamental to being an entrepreneur

I mean, just by starting your business, you are already a risk taker

Unsurprisingly, though, taking risks is ... risky

And in reality there is a skill to taking risks

It requires balance ⚖️ - too big a risk and you go bust, too little and nothing changes.

The key is being able to understand the risk you want to take on a practical level (i.e, probability of success) and an energetic level (i.e, will this allow me to grow as a person?)

And that is what you will walk away with after this week's roundtable discussion.
