I'm passionate about movement. When it comes to fitness, the wrong question is being asked. It shouldn't just be, "How can I gain muscle quickly?" It should be, "How can I gain muscle quickly while doing the least amount of damage, or no damage at all, to my joints."
I developed what I call, "Primal Flow" and I'd like to share it with you.
We'll do 30 minutes of flow and then we'll have "free time" where you can choose what coordination skill to work on. I'll have juggling balls, basketball, gymnastics rings.
