If you have ever been curious about robotics but didn't know where to start, this session is for you. We are getting together in Reno to walk through the process of building your very first autonomous bot from the ground up. This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly space where we will focus on the basics of hardware assembly and the simple coding required to get a small robot moving and navigating its surroundings. You do not need to be an engineer or a programmer to join us; just bring a bit of curiosity and a willingness to tinker.
We will keep things relaxed and collaborative, with plenty of time to troubleshoot, ask questions, and chat with others who are interested in automation and electronics. Whether you are looking to pick up a new hobby or just want to see how these machines actually function, this is a great chance to learn in a low-pressure environment. Please let us know if you can make it by clicking the RSVP button so we can get a sense of how many people to expect.
