Oktoberfest-Picknick mit Sierra Alphorns

Es ist ein wunderschöner Herbst, also treffen wir uns zu einem Picknick und einem Alphorn-Erlebnis.
Our group has been invited to come watch the Sierra Alphorn Players durning their weekly practice. To add to the fun, let's turn it into an opportunity gather for an Octoberfest potluck picnic.
Please bring a dish to share (If you have a favorite German recipe, it would be a delightful contribution) your beverage of choice and lawn chairs or blankets.
We would like to have the food set up by 4:00 so that we can settle in with our meal before the practice starts at 4:30. Of course we will certainly feed the muscicians as well.
Holly will provide paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils.
Please RSVP and add a comment about what you'd like to bring to help everyone determine how much to bring and what else to contribute to the fare.

Note: this event was initially planned for September, in keeping with Oktoberfest tradition, but minutes before publishing, the Davis Creek Fire, where the group normally practices was reported. Their practices have been moved temporarily to Bower's Mansion. As of publishing, Davis Creek Park is still closed, so if the venue changes back to the park, I'll let everyone know ASAP.
