For the month of February, we will have guest speakers Derek Carroll and Dan Oster of NAI Alliance.

Topics will include:

• The unique qualities of real estate in Reno
• The main drivers of the commercial market and it's current standing
• The backstory of Reno's industrial hub

Derek Carroll
In 2017, Derek started with Tolles Development Company where he assisted in office, retail, and industrial leasing and transactions. His experience with Tolles Development led him to commercial brokerage in 2019.

Dan Oster
After spending eight years managing corporate information systems, Dan entered the commercial real estate field in 2004 specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Dan has participated in the sales and leasing of a wide variety of Industrial & Office Properties and Land in Northern Nevada.
