Bio:

Jeff Ogan has been in Commercial finance for the last 15 years and worked as a consultant, as a equity investor, and as a source for debt financing for a number of different banks and has funded over $100 million in Commercial & Business loans. Presently Jeff is a sponsor in several Self Storage deals.

Jeff Ogan has a unique background having been both a Real Estate Investor, developer, flipper and a Bank Lender. Starting in the early 2000 Jeff fixed & flipped more than 50 properties, purchased investment properties in 10 different states and Owned a number of Single Family Residential rental Homes. He offers a unique perspective to help investors understanding the intricacies of commercial Real Estate.

Come hear the unique perspective that Mr. Ogan offers as he has been on both sides of the table as both a Commercial Real Estate Investor and a Commercial Banker.

Presently he works at Bank of the West as a SBA loan officer in the Reno Market.
