Bio:
After graduating and his receiving his Masters in Taxation from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mike went on to gather a diverse amount of public accounting experience over the past 27 years, from big and small firms alike. He decided in 2007 to start the Bosma Group, PC. In 2017, Bosma Group joined CliftonLarsonAllen, a top 10 firm in the nation. While with CLA, Mike was able to expand his knowledge and skillset into avenues outside of traditional public accounting experience, like Cost Segregation Studies, Business Valuations and Tax Planning. All the while, he continued giving back to the community through his participation in the Entrepreneurs Organization, and as host of the #1-rated talk radio show in its time slot, Bosma on Business. Mike then founded Keystone CPAs after a four-year stint with CliftonLarsonAllen. Mike, as Managing Principal, and the staff of Keystone CPAs are dedicated to assisting taxpayers attain higher levels of success through proactive tax planning and creative restructuring, as well as strategic business solutions.
