About us

Spec Tennis is a very social, easy-to-learn racquet sport that combines the best elements of pickleball & tennis.

Most players are able to rally back & forth on day 1.

Come join our fun & social group that plays on Mondays 4:30 -6:30pm, Thursdays, 5:30 -7:30pm, ands Saturdays 10:00 -11:30am at the Reno Tennis Center (Courts #23 ).

Cost: $5 fee --pay at the front desk when you arrive. (RTC members are free)

Loaner paddles are available on the court for new players

Join our group of fun, energetic adults that enjoy playing Spec Tennis (an extremely fun & easy-to-learn new racquet sport). Spec Tennis has less rules & more freedom than pickleball.

•The founder of the sport, Nate, will give new players some quick tips to get you started
•Equipment provided for 1st timers

Cost: 1st-time playing is FREE (including a loaner racquet + balls)
After that it's $5 each time (paid to Nate) to cover court fees etc.
Returning players, can either rent a racquet or purchase one from Nate (at a discounted price).
