Around Washoe Lake and Franktown

This ride begins a little earlier but not a full hour as the weather is supposed to reach only the low 80s, not 90s like today.
We begin at Cyan Park and roll down Veterans and take a little detour on Carat and Rio Wrangler to rejoin Veterans. We continue to Virgina and head down Old 395. At mile 11.5 we turn down Eastlake Boulevard and continue for 2 miles then we detour off on Lake Shore drive and avoid the main road for a couple miles, we then continue down Eastlake till mile 22 when we can take a break at Washoe Lake Park. We continue down Eastlake and then hit old 395. We turn down old 395 to do a hill loop in the Lakeview neighborhood. (some may want to skip this). We then head up old 395 to Franktown road take it. 4.3 miles later we are back on old 395. We can take an optional brake at Bowers Mansion or continue to roll. We go up old 395 again and take Veterans and go up the bottom half mile of Hwy 341 and then take Equestrian, Western Skies, Rio Wrangler and Carat back to Veterans and the Start.

NOTE: Check posting 2 hours before ride time for weather-related and other changes. Helmets are required and bikes should be in good working order. Please no ear buds or headphones. Be prepared with a spare tube and pump. Class 2 E-Bikes are not permitted.
