Franktown Fundraiser Ride For Gerry Williams

This ride is a benefit ride for Gerry Williams who is battling Pancreatic Cancer. Riders can make a donation at the High Sierra Bike Shop on Friday from 4-6pm Saturday or After the ride completes on Sunday. Alternatively donations can be made at the Sol Dispensary (near the Candy Factory at 275 Old US-395, Washoe Valley, NV, 39704) from 9-10am Sunday (we should arrive in this window) We will receive tokens which can be redeemed for Sweets or Cookies at the dispensary from 11-12:30pm.

All donations will be matched at 100% by the Sol Dispensary.

This ride proceeds down Veterans to Old US-395 and then follows 395 to Sol Dispensary and then on to Franktown Road and continues to 395 where we turn back up the 395. (alternatively we can retrace Franktown Road) we continue up 395 and take a diversion into horse country on Andrews Lane, Paddlewheel and Rhodes Rd. We then continue up 395 to Veterans and take either Veterans or Equestrian/Western Skies back up to the start.

NOTE: Check posting 2 hours before ride time for weather-related and other changes. Helmets are required and bikes should be in good working order. Please no ear buds or headphones. Be prepared with a spare tube and pump. Class 2 E-Bikes are not permitted.
